"They really care. I had called several places and quoted close to $300 for basic car insurance. "I have been their customer for about 4 years, but recently switched to another company. These people say one thing on the phone, but on paper is different. The original quote was a decent amount, but when I started getting my invoices, my monthly payment was about $10 more than what was quoted. I let it slide because it wasn't a big amount and I was too lazy to do anything about it. Then I got a bigger car and exactly the same thing happened, but this time it was a lot more than $10 so I cancelled my service with them. To make matters worse, this agency took the monthly payment out of my account 4 days after they were notified that I switched agencies. State Farm never again ..."

"This branch seems very unorganized. I got two emails addressed to two other statefarm customers. One of which included their full name, credit card information and amount paid towards their premium. I had trouble logging into the statefarm app and when i called i found out they had my birth year as 2004 when i was born in 2002. Once i had them correct my birthdate i asked if that had been affecting my rate over the past year, they had no answer. I was told my rate would stay at 290 but once they corrected my birth year my rate somehow jumped to 845."
